By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy.

1. Online Store Terms & Legal Eligibility

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of legal majority under applicable Egyptian law, or that you are accessing the Site under the active supervision and explicit consent of a legal guardian.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
Any breach of these Terms or unauthorized exploitation may result in immediate refusal of service, order cancellation, suspension of account privileges, and necessary legal remedies.

2. Customer Accounts & Authentication

ALEF may allow customers to register an account or log in to manage previous orders, monitor shipment milestones, access saved delivery addresses, and interact with account-based services.
You are solely responsible for providing true, current, and accurate personal information during registration and checkout, as well as preserving the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
If you suspect or identify unauthorized access to your customer profile, you must notify our official customer service team immediately.

Single Sign-On (Facebook & Google Login):

We may provide single sign-on capabilities using Facebook Login (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Sign in with Google (Google LLC) via the native Shopify customer account infrastructure.
Selecting third-party authentication routes authentication processes through Meta or Google alongside Shopify, transferring limited and strictly necessary profile data to confirm identity in line with your personal settings and our Privacy Policy.
Using Facebook or Google authentication does not alter your direct contractual relationship with ALEF regarding transactions, returns, or support.

3. General Operating Conditions

ALEF reserves the right to refuse service, terminate access, or restrict transaction volume to anyone for legitimate grounds, including suspicion of fraudulent activity, systemic misuse, policy violations, or legal breaches.
You expressly agree not to duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the website, visual media, catalog styling, product designs, or proprietary content without prior written permission from ALEF.
Transactional communications and website data may travel across external technical networks unencrypted; however, credit card, mobile wallet, and payment parameters are consistently processed via encrypted, certified payment processors.

4. Product Information, Sizing & Accuracy

We make every effort to display product cuts, silhouettes, textile drape, embroidery, and color tones with utmost fidelity. However, exact appearances may vary depending on photography studio lighting or user display/screen rendering.
Customers must consult product descriptions, material specifications, and corresponding size charts prior to completing orders.
ALEF reserves the right to limit product availability or sales volume per customer, geographical region, or shipment run based on warehouse stock, production schedules, or logistical considerations.
Product descriptions, stock availability, and retail pricing remain subject to adjustments without prior notification, without prejudice to previously confirmed and accepted orders.

5. Order Placement, Verification & Confirmation

Submitting an order through our checkout interface constitutes an offer to purchase and does not constitute finalized contract acceptance until verified. ALEF reserves the right to accept, reject, or hold orders based on inventory integrity, payment validation, and anti-fraud verifications.
Following order submission, our operations team confirms order parameters within 24 business hours. We may reach out via the provided phone number or WhatsApp. If order confirmation remains unanswered within 48 business hours, ALEF reserves the right to cancel the order to release inventory.
Pre-orders or prepaid orders canceled due to unreachability or verified inventory depletion will be reimbursed via the original payment method pursuant to our official refund parameters.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the full agreed invoice amount must be presented to the courier upon delivery.

6. Pricing & Secure Payments

All displayed prices are quoted in the applicable currency visible at checkout (Egyptian Pounds - EGP) and include statutory retail elements where mandated.
Digital payments are executed through accredited financial institutions, payment gateways, and banking partners. Third-party gateways may impose individual operational conditions.
Customers are obligated to settle total product values alongside designated domestic shipping fees and any disclosed COD handling surcharges calculated during checkout.

7. Promotional Codes, Discounts & Sales

Promotional vouchers, coupon codes, and bundle offers are governed by specific operational durations, minimum spend thresholds, catalog limitations, or individual eligibility criteria disclosed alongside the promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, promotional codes cannot be combined with overlapping offers, tiered discounts, or markdown sales.
ALEF retains the right to alter, withdraw, or terminate promotional offers, honoring orders officially placed and confirmed prior to revision.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

Standard domestic delivery across Egypt takes 1 to 6 business days after order processing and confirmation. Official holidays and courier rest days do not count as operational days.
Inspection Upon Delivery (Open-Box Inspection): Unlike standard retail practices, ALEF grants every customer the explicit right to inspect items in the courier’s presence before handing over payment. If the garments do not satisfy expectations, you may return the package immediately with the courier, paying only the agreed domestic courier fee.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Framework

30-Day Return & Exchange Window: Following delivery and payment, customers may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days, provided items remain completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retained in pristine original condition with tags, barcode labels, and packaging intact.
Shipping Responsibilities: Standard returns or exchanges (due to size changes or personal preferences) require the customer to cover domestic courier fees. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, ALEF covers 100% of reverse collection and reshipment costs.
90-Day Manufacturing Warranty: Every ALEF piece is protected by our 90-day warranty against fabric or stitching manufacturing defects under standard care. Eligible claims qualify for complimentary repair, replacement, or refund.
Return and exchange requests must be lodged directly with our customer support channels via WhatsApp or official Social Media profiles.

10. Privacy & Data Handling

All interactions with our online platform, account structures, and authentication portals fall under our Privacy Policy, detailing the capture, utilization, security safeguards, and third-party logistics integrations governing personal customer data.

11. Customer Data Deletion & Account Unlinking

Customers hold the right to request deletion of personal identifiers or stored order history from our operational records by submitting a direct request through official support channels, subject to statutory tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or legal data retention requirements.
If you authenticate via Facebook Login or Sign in with Google, you can disconnect ALEF directly from your third-party account security center. Disconnecting access does not automatically erase existing operational order records retained by ALEF; separate deletion requests must be communicated directly.

12. Shopify Infrastructure & Third-Party Integrations

Our commercial store, technical catalogs, customer account interfaces, and checkout frameworks are hosted on the Shopify eCommerce infrastructure.
Commercial transactions, retail responsibility, fulfillment execution, customer support, and warranty commitments remain solely with ALEF. Shopify acts strictly as the technical infrastructure platform and does not constitute the seller of record.
Third-party software tools, couriers, or auxiliary integrations utilized across our store maintain their own operating terms, and ALEF disclaims liability for external platforms outside our reasonable control.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets, photography, brand names, visual marks, trademarks, garment patterns, catalog copy, typography styling, and user-interface coding on alefcasualwear.com remain the exclusive property of ALEF or its authorized licensors.
Any reproduction, republication, unauthorized imitation, web scraping, or redistribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

14. Customer Submissions & Feedback

Any creative feedback, styling ideas, customer reviews, or media submissions shared with ALEF across our site or social platforms grant ALEF a perpetual, royalty-free authorization to utilize, publish, or feature such materials for marketing, promotional, and brand-enhancement purposes, respecting user privacy.

15. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not utilize our platform, brand identity, or interfaces for:

Unlawful, predatory, or fraudulent actions.
Impersonating another person, brand, or operational entity.
Submitting deliberate misinformation, fraudulent addresses, or false dispute claims.
Injecting malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts into our technical environment.
Infringing upon intellectual property, copyright, or consumer rights.
Systematically manipulating promotional discount mechanics or shipping policies.

16. Technical Disclaimers & Errors

While ALEF works tirelessly to maintain precise catalog data, occasional technical anomalies, typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or inventory lags may occur.
Where an error directly impairs an active order, our team will proactively inform the customer with corrective choices prior to fulfillment.

17. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Egyptian consumer protection and e-commerce laws, ALEF shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform access or delivery interruptions beyond our direct control.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALEF, its operators, and representatives against any legitimate claims or expenses arising from the customer's willful violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

18. Force Majeure

ALEF is exempt from fulfillment delays or temporary service cessations provoked by events beyond reasonable human oversight, including extreme environmental anomalies, governmental curbs, national telecommunication blackouts, payment rail interruptions, or major courier disruptions.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual transactions conducted through ALEF are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to pursue amicable settlement via direct customer support mediation. Unresolved disputes shall remain under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

20. Severability & Modifications

If any provision within these Terms is determined by legal authority to be unenforceable or invalid, that clause shall be enforced to the furthest legal extent, without impairing the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
ALEF reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at its sole discretion to accommodate operational, legislative, or logistical adjustments. Continued platform usage constitutes full acceptance of modified Terms.
